Good Morning, Its a Tuesday in Washington and i thought id give this forum a try. I accidently found you by googling "itchy thighs" seems every time im in a weightloss jag my inner thighs get itchy. WHAT is up with that??? Ive been working off baby fat for about um. lets see, uh my baby is 10! so for that long and somewhere afer that i quit smoking. so i piled on the pounds, i got to just above 200lbs and for me that is much! i LIVE in OBIcity according to the "numbers" so im ready to sell this house and move out and get residence in a thinnercity...
I have tried this and that and NOTHING seems to work, ive bought this and that and that does not seem to work either and its not becasue they dont work its because I dont keep it up. SO watching Oprah I did get the YOU book and the YOU workout video and seem to feel this is my life changer although, you have to do it ya know.. I have will power here and there and then idontcare power most of the other times.
I had gestational diabetes with my son that is now 18 and apparently they go hand in hand, so i need to get a handle on this myself before i get that and that is something i do NOT want to deal with.
I did give it 3weeks or so and did NOTHING but what the book said and worked out EVERY DAY and WALKED 30 min no excuses EVERY DAY and i dropped 20lbs FAST however only 10 really got lost for good.
