I just wanted to pop in and give a quick hello. I love this forum it seems to be fantastic. I'm sure I'll be hanging around the fitness video, 20-somethings support, and calorie counting forums so please look for me. I'm on my way to losing 78lbs and reaching my goal of 135. I've been eating around 1400 calories a day and I've also been working out 3 to 4 times a wk but I would like to increase that to five and also include more cardio!! Anyways all support is well appreciated. I'll need as much as I can get
