Hey, I'm new. My name is Diane, well, actually that's my middle name but I prefer it to my first.
I'm currently 154.5 pounds at 5'8. So, really, I don't have a great deal left to lose but it gets hard sometimes. My highest weight was 184 and my lowest since I started losing was 141 (so I've gained about 13 pounds back, nooo).
My goal is around 130 but I would be content with getting back to around 140. I have a rather small frame so I feel this is a reasonable goal for my height.
I feel I could get a lot out of this board.
There appears to be a very friendly and supportive atmosphere.
I would really love to be a part of it.
