Hello everyone my name is Vivian and I am here for support from you all. I am finally ready to begin losing weight and living a healthy lifestyle. I am more motivated than I have ever been. I recently was diagnosed with sleep apnea and I also have high cholesterol. Well now you see my motivation!!! I also have a wonderful husband and 3 beautiful children behind me all the way!!!
