Hi, this is my first time ever using any type of support group, but right now I am 24 yrs old a mother of 2 and married, I feel like I keep getting fatter and fatter and I am super motivated to do whatever I have to do to get the weight off. I get soo confused about all different diets about what u can eat and what u cant eat. I think just seeing what other people did to lose weight around my same weight really motivates me, if any one could share there secrets that would be great thanks!

Have you found the 20-somethings forum yet? It's for those of us in that age range. We also have forums by eating plan, amount to lose, etc. So look around!
Then just settle in, find a spot, and get posting. Can't wait to get to know you better!
What works for me is counting calories and staying active but not necessarily doing any particular exercise. I like to walk with my daughter, do yoga and ride my bike.
