We have a wonderful Weight Loss Surgery forum here, where you can talk to others who have had the band procedure and other WLS procedures about their experiences. Check it out!

You may also want to visit the 100 lb club, for those on their way to losing or who have lost 100 lbs or more.

Wherever you settle in, just keep posting! Can't wait to get to know you better!
