I am new here but just wanted to say hey!!!! I have been frequenting this site for a couple of years now and just decided to join! I am proud of my loss to far! I started (again) on Feb 16th and have already lost 19 pounds in 2 weeks and 4 days~ Im so happy to be here and share my experience with you guys!

I only found this site when I clicked someone's ticker with the 3FC info on it. I am sure glad to have found it.
girl, I have been drinking water and lowering my carbs, still do like veggies (good ones) and nuts but everything else is just lowlow carb, it took me about 2 years for it to click in my head. I have done this before losing 100 pounds in 6-7 months. I did not include exersize in my daily lifestyle and this time I am. I also take Metformin for my PCOS which I think helps! I want to have babies and be healthy and this is my chance! Thanks!
