Hi all. I am new to this forum but not new to watching my diet and working out. I follow BFL and love it...

I have a ways to go and love to get involved in forums for support and to give support.

Hello, welcome I'm also from Canada and have found 3FC very helpful and it is nice to see that other people are in the same situation as we are. I have been checking out other areas on this site and find it very enjoyable, sometimes you just don't want to discuss another diet with your friends and family. I hope that you enjoy this site as much as I do.

My dad LOVES the East Kootenays.. grew up in that area and wishes he could live there lol

Hi ..The East Kootenays are great but then I have never really lived anywhere else. I tried Calgary and lasted 6 months and that was immediately after high school..a long time ago now..


I am doing some exploring on here and really liking it !
