Heya all Im new to this but Ive been reading the pages for a long time and Im looking forward to getting lots of advice from you guys....

Im Lindy from Dublin and I have a lot of weight to lose plus I suffer from mild depression which can hinder my progress any help and support would be appreciated..

Hey Lindy! I'm new here as well, and have some bouts of depression over my weight. But honestly, I am on the forums every day (multiple times even!) and the support that the ladies here have provided are unbelievable. I'm starting WW tommorrow, and the apprehension I've had about it has been completely obliterated due to the successes that I've read about here. Wishing you the best on your weight loss journey!!

Surf around and settle in! We have subforums based on age, nutrition plan, exercise and more.

I second the recommendation for the Depression subforum! We have a nice UK forum too!
