These stubborn last 5lbs are bringing me here...Hello, I'm new =D

My name is Yvonne and I'm from Mexico.
I'm stuck @ 110lbs and I'm 5'1''. Been trying to lose those stubborn 5-7 lbs for the last 2 yrs but ain't having the best of lucks.
So hope to find good tips on this site to achieve my goal and to share experiences.

Welcome and good luck! At 5'1" your weight of 110 is a healthy weight for you. But if you want to lose another few pounds I can tell you they are the hardest to get off. Do you exercise ? Lower calories and exercise together get the best results. I found the last ten pounds to be the most difficult but I stubbornly persisted and eventually they came off. I don't kmow you. of course but I think at your height 105 is about as low as you should go.
