I looked at not so much what I ate but HOW much I ate of it. For me, it's portion control. I don't necessarily keep anything on the naughty list but I don't over indulge either. Just by watching my portions I have lost 10lbs, granted it took me a month but just by doing this has help me get some control over my eating. I hope this helps.
