Hi everyone!

I started WW on January 3rd. after stepping on the scale for the first time in a long time and weighing more then I ever have in my life. I'm hooked! I've lost 15 pounds since then and wish I would have known how easy it can be. I feel so much better and have so much more energy.

I've been lurking on this site since and thought I should go ahead and register. I find this site to be very informative and I've really enjoyed reading all of your posts over the last few weeks.

Wow! Congrats to you!!! I am seriously considering joining WW online. I'm new here too but can't get enough of this place. Lots and lots of great info.

Hi there, another newbie here. Congrats on your weightloss, sounds like you've got it under control. I am doing the Atkins plan, always worked for me. So far I lost 10 pounds of 30 that I gained after losing 103. Just wanted to say hi and good luck.

Thanks guys, I stepped on the scale this morning and went from 219.2 to 218.8....even that little makes me feel good!

Welcome Dawn! Having this forum for support is really helpful. The last forum I was on was closed down so I feel lucky to find a good one like 3FCs. Good luck on your diet. I'm using the FS plan and have lost 6 lbs in 10 days so far.
