Default hey everyone!

I wanted to introduce myself since I just joined a few minutes ago. I've found it's easier to lose weight when you have support so I'm looking forward to meeting people who are going through the same thing I am right now.

So hello!

Hey hey!!!! Welcome to 3FC. Looking forward to seeing you around, and I hope you're journey is a successful one. Just remember if you ever feel like giving up, come talk about it on here. I was feeling down once and came here, and they kept me going!

Hey Moon Safari -

We have tons of spots to investigate here, including groups by age range, eating plan, and amount to lose. We also have a lot of smaller groups and challenges, so look around, find a spot, and settle in.

Can't wait to get to know you better!

thanks everyone! i really appreciate the kind welcome. i have been reading around and i found that a lot of people here have similar stories to mine. i was an athlete in college and was really comitted to listening to my body food-wise. my body (and my mind, moods, mental heath, emotions really) responds best to a high level of physical activity and a low level of sugars/carbs and highly processed foods. so my plan is to reintroduce fun physical activity-i love running, soccer, boxing, etc-and to cut out the sugar and bad carbs. its gonna be hard because im in a lazy rut now of sitting down most of the time and eating twix like theyre being discontinued but i want to change this and i know i can do it.

I am new as well.

Your plan for weight loss sounds great and is something I should also do.
Looking forward to sharing the weight loss journey with you.

Welcome all newbies! I'm still pretty new myself! We are all in the same boat..paddling down the same river..some boats are different and sometimes we lose an oar and the weather gets rough....hahahaha...sorry! No more analogies! Keep going sista! We're hear for an ear!

I like peanut butter twix myself, but then I remember how all that sticks to my bottom like that cinnamon roll commercial. LOL Good luck with your plan and keep the heart rate up! =)
