I am not in a diet mode yet, but am getting ready for it. I have tried numerous diets and I tend to loose 20 lbs easy and than i start rewarding myself, which always leads to extra few pounds at the end. I can honestly say that life is not as much fun with the extra rolls I am carring around my waist.
I'm new here. Figured I would try a new method to get motivated and stay motivated. Hopefully by reading others advice and getting tips I can reach my goal weight.
I've tried many diets too and yo-yoed back. This time I am not dieting as I have decided to change my metabolism by eating every 3 hours. So far I love it and am never hungry. It's the first time I have been happy with an eating plan. Twenty six days and I have lost almost 15 pounds.
