Hello all...I've been registered here for quite some time but don't post much. I started my weight watchers back last monday and have lost 6 pounds today. I'd been "meaning" to weigh for quite a while and knew I'd gained "some weight" since I quit my weight watchers...some weight nothin...I'd gained 30 pounds. I am so ashamed of myself as I'd hoped I'd never hit the 200lbs mark and sure enough...200lbs right on the nose. I actually gained back the weight I'd lost before and THEN SOME!!! I hope to be able to stick to it to get to a healthy weight and maintain it. Any help and encouragement will be appreciated.
We have a wonderful Weight Watchers forum, which you may know since you've been here before. So look around, settle in, and keep posting! Posting here really can help you stay on the right track.
