Hello again

Hello all...I've been registered here for quite some time but don't post much. I started my weight watchers back last monday and have lost 6 pounds today. I'd been "meaning" to weigh for quite a while and knew I'd gained "some weight" since I quit my weight watchers...some weight nothin...I'd gained 30 pounds. I am so ashamed of myself as I'd hoped I'd never hit the 200lbs mark and sure enough...200lbs right on the nose. I actually gained back the weight I'd lost before and THEN SOME!!! I hope to be able to stick to it to get to a healthy weight and maintain it. Any help and encouragement will be appreciated.

Hey there - :wel3fc:

We have a wonderful Weight Watchers forum, which you may know since you've been here before. So look around, settle in, and keep posting! Posting here really can help you stay on the right track.

Can't wait to get to know you better!

Maybe just my own stupidity...but how do you put a tracker on your posts??

You have to be here for at least 20 days and 20 posts. We had a BIG issue with spammers, so new members are restricted.

I prefer to think of it as a badge of honor...one that you can earn by sticking around and participating! Once you have it, it's under your User CP ("Edit Signature")
