Red face I feel like a broken record....

Ok so I feel like a broken record. Well I've been gone from here for a while it seems as though I checked out of my life and didn't seem to care there for a while, but now I'm back. I just need somewhere that I know I'm not alone in my battle and I know I can find that kind of support here. Our local fitness challenge started last Wednesday and I got a team together at work so now I'm captain and I can't fail or I'll probably wind up failing them also. So here it is Day 6 and I'm still going strong so far. I've been really good about keeping my food journal, counting calories, watching portion size and getting intentional exercise. I'm just waiting for that day that I just quit on myself like every other time. I did realize yesterday that I was restricting my calories too much so I'm attempting to up them a little bit. I'm just afraid I'll get out of control again. I know if I write it down before I eat it then it becomes a conscious decision to actually eat something. I 'm sorry to be long winded. Thanks for being here everyone. I'm glad I'm back.

Hi Hillarie! I'm glad you're back! Good luck with the work challlenge. I agree with you, you gotta make sure you are not restricting calories too much. We have a lot of accountability threads around where you can post your daily menus and exercise goals. I know that when I plan my day out, I do better.
