Hi everyone! I have been lurking on here on and off for a while and just decided to join. I'm finally really ready and dedicated to losing some weight!
I'm Tricia, 22, and I live in Texas. I'm currently right below 200lbs and am hoping to lose about 80. Right now I'm working on a exercise and nutrition plan. Don't plan on going on any diets just want to gradually make some life long(I hope) changes.

but think I'm going to wait til I make some good progress before I post them.
