Hi everyone! I have been lurking on here on and off for a while and just decided to join. I'm finally really ready and dedicated to losing some weight!

I'm Tricia, 22, and I live in Texas. I'm currently right below 200lbs and am hoping to lose about 80. Right now I'm working on a exercise and nutrition plan. Don't plan on going on any diets just want to gradually make some life long(I hope) changes.

I also have some current/before pics but think I'm going to wait til I make some good progress before I post them.

P.S. I hope all of this makes sense, I'm a little cause I'm drinking an energy drink but starting to crash lol.

There's an awesome 20-somethings sub forums in the support groups section you might wanna check out. They even have their own biggest loser comps in there and everything!

Your plan about no diets but life changes instead sounds like an awesome idea. Longevity is the key!
