Cool G'day...

G'day.. Name is Redneck Charger.. some call me Curly.. some call me tiny..and some just call me Mike.. Just started dieting a week ago last sunday.. Was in a car accident last June.. and haven't worked till last week on a modified schedule.. So put alot of not wanted weight on.. Still can't do alot in the excercising mode yet.. but working on the diet part.. Measured my stomach a week ago last sunday, it was 48".. measured it like a hour ago.. and it was 46..

Have lots of strress going on in my life.. But I have a very special Lady in my life who also was hurt in the car accident.. but who was hugely supportive through all these things.. SO i wanna get down my weight, and take her away when things strengten down.. I wanna loose 40 to 50 pounds.. and looking for a place that might be able to help...

Hope to meet you all.. and hope I am not bouncing on feet.. not sure if this is just for women.. I hope not..

We do have a few roosters about the place and I'm glad you're here. Congrats on the loss so far.

What are your plans for food?

My plans for food.. been eating a sald everyday, sometimes twice a day, tried to eat better breads, and am now eating special k.. been looking for a good cereal to eat, and just started putting soya milk on cereal.. New at this.. came on to find out other things..Thanx for the welcome..
