Hello everyone!
I am new here and figured I had better introduce myself. I am Jessica, 23, from Ohio. I have been married for 5 years and have a son who is 4. I have been heavy pretty much my whole life, and really need to change. When I got pregnant with my son I weighed 275lbs, when I delivered I was 295. I got down to my pre-pregnancy weight and have now been hovering at around 280. I don't have a problem with over-eating, it is just what I eat and when I eat it. I have a huge sweet tooth and it usually hits at night. I wake up out of a sound sleep to get something sweet to eat. I have no idea why or how I can stop it! It is like something is telling me I HAVE to get up and eat something sweet! LOL. Not sure if anyone else has had this problem, but if you do, I would love to hear about it and maybe how to stop it! I am looking forward to getting to know everyone, and hopefully get most of this weight off!!

I am new here too. I registered after reading the 3FC book but haven't hung around here much since. I do use the forums for help/info/advice sometimes though (via lurking).
