Hello all you wonderful chicks out there, who are in the same
way as I. Needing to lose that baby fat. I am new
to any kind of forum, so please help me out with it.
My New Year hope is of
course to eat healther and to lose weight. After umteen unsuccessfull
attempets to diet I have come to the conclusion that it cannot be
done by yourself. You need help. So here I am, everyone needs
encourgement and support.
My wish for you all is success in everything you do in 2009, from the
small things to the very large undertakings. I believe we do not give
ourselves a pat on the back often enough, even if it is for something
as simple as pairing the socks and puting them away. Everything you finish
in the day is a job well done.

Hey there! First of all I love your avitar pic! That is sooo neat! LOL!

Secondly.....you have come to a GREAT place for ideas and to give and get support from LOTS of people who are just beginning or been losing for a while....or even maintaining at their goal weight!

Look around through all the different forums....your sure to find SEVERAL that will interest you!

I am ready to get down to work on this new adventure.
By the way the pic was taken at Christmas dinner, the women
are my 4 daughters a daughter-in-law, and the rest grandaughters.
One of my sons and his wife and family went to NY for the Holiday.
So two of the girls are missing.

Hey Grum - I also love that avatar!

We have so many spots to explore...by age range, by eating plan, and two groups I just love, the 300+ group for those with starting weights of over 300 lbs, and the 100 pound club, for those with more than 100 lbs to lose. Either would be wonderful spots to jump in.

And judging by your profile stats, you've made some tremendous progress already!

Can't wait to get to know you better!

I'll have to tell you, 3FC made such a difference for me with my weight management. You will find so much support, tips, hand-holding, and any butt-kicking needed! (the butt-kicking is only if you ask for it specifically though--we are really warm and fuzzy around here).
