Heya Mandi, welcome to 3FC !

Have a look around the forums - I'm sure you'll find sub forums where you can talk to others with the same interests as you. Our support groups forum has age group sub-forums, and we even have "general chatter" - because like it says, life ain't just about dieting!

Stick around!

Good Luck.

Talking

I'm new as well! I already posted this in another thread but here it is again as a short little intro:

"I started 2009 at 137 and have quickly gone down to 133. I am a serial yo-yo-er and in the past 5 years have weighed anywhere between 170 and 110. I have always looked my best between 120 and 125 so I don't have too much weight to lose, but I am seriously flabby and am more concerned about toning up and starting a more healthy lifestyle. This time around I want to stay consistent and stick with it. No more YO-YO-ING! No more "quick fixes". This time is for real."

I'm really glad I found this sight.

Good luck to everyone else in the New Year!

Hi Mandi! Welcome to 3FC! What are your food and movement plans?

Welcome Navybean! Have you considered strength training?
