I've been on a diet roughly 7 times in the last few years. Each time I lose weight and then fall off the wagon. Thankfully I never gain back all of the weight I lost. I started out at 235 pounds. I lost 15, gained 10. Lost 15 more, gained 10. And so on. My lowest weight was 191... I was so close to breaking 190 and then we moved and I gained 10 pounds.
Anyway, I'm climbing back onto the wagon and I'm kind of dragging my hubby along behind me. His doctor is ordering him to lose weight and has even prescribed pills to help. So, not only do I have to work out a diet for myself, but for my husband as well. I don't know how I'm going to do this, but I don't have much of a choice. It's got to be done. I'm gonna do it for him.
I also have been diagnosed with PCOS which makes the journey that much more difficult. AND we're trying to conceive our second child. So that might derail my efforts along the way, but that's a welcome interruption.
So that's my abbreviated story.

I don't know what I'm doing, but I'm gonna do it!
