Smile Determined!
I will turn 45 years old in one week and I am determined to get healthy!
I feel like I am carrying around two 25 pound bags of dog food everywhere I go!
I have a closet full of clothes that I love and that used to fit!
I joined today to have a support group as I begin this journey to get healthy!

My closet is full also with clothes that don't jive.
Let's drop that dog food that we're haulin' around,
