    Hi there im a mum of 2 boys and partner to Paul.Im a stay at home mum who needs to seriously lose weight and need the help of fellow dieters who understand.
    I love chatting to people online but in person im not very confident and am very self concious.I want to start the new year brighter healthy and fitter so i am so pleased i have found this forum x

    Welcome to another SAHM. I thought I was the last one on earth!:-) I am also very uncomfortable in social settings.I am a newbie to any type of online chatting and cannot wait to meet new friends heading toward the same goal! Good Luck!
