I'm eager to get to know you and share in the struggles and triumphs of this path to better health and smaller clothes!
In mid 2007 I was 256 lbs and decided to take action I went on the Seattle Sutton's meal plan and quickly lost about 25 lbs but then hit a plateau and stopped the meal plan for financial reasons. I kept it off and even managed to drop a few more lbs since then but I have made little progress in getting that number down to my goal of 170. Currently I'm at 224 - I know I look and feel much better then when I was at 256 so I'm proud that I was able to loose and keep off those 30 lbs since I stopped the meal plan.
I posted a before pic - that is what I looked like at 256 then the 2nd was a few months later. I didn't realize what a difference just 25 lbs made until I pulled up the pictures. These are just face shots but the difference is evident!
