Hi! I'm new here and definitely ready to lose 100 pounds at least. I'm a 19 year old female in college, currently a size 16. Any help and tips/tricks would be awesome!
Welcome! This is a great place to be. There are some really awesome people here. My suggestion would be to do some browsing and read a lot of the success stories of women and men who have reached goal, and read about how they did it. Browsing the maintainer's forum is also a good idea too, because you can see how people approach eating on a long term basis, as this is a lifestyle change, and not just a diet. Just have fun, enjoy the journey, we're all in it together
PEACHYKEEN ~ we have a 100 lb group here as well as a teen group; and when you turn 20, there is a 20-something group as well. It is good that you want to get healthier while you are young, but as MOONRABBIT says, do it the right way ... the healthy way, so it will last. There's lots of info about lots of plans as well as tips; plus great people, and lots of support ...
