Hi I am new here and wanted to join in and say hello!

I will be counting WW points but I do not go to meetings. I hope to give and recieve support here. I think it will take a long time to go through this site but it is very inspiring already.

I have 80 - 100 pounds to lose. I have not set a long term goal yet. My first goal is to be under 200 pounds. I have about 30 pounds to lose to reach that. I plan on using Walk Away the Pounds and Callenetics for my exercise most of the time. I hope to get to know you all.

LULU ~ yes, there are lots of groups on here and lots of fun and interesting topics as well. Just look around and join in wherever you like. We have a WW forum (main group) here that I'm sure you'll be interested in too ...
