Yes sweet tea can be so addicting! Maybe cut down to a cup or two per day, sweetened lightly with a sugar substitute. One meal a day can be a roadblock for weight loss. So much research shows that eating 5-6 smaller, portioned meals per day keeps your metabolism going and helps keep the weight down. Maybe you can find some forums on here that suits you, there are forums by starting weight, forums for goals, specific meal plans and also by age. Hope you have fun!
