New here and just wanted to say hi! I'm 30 years old and am currently trying to lose about 50 lbs on south beach. I did WW in the past and lost 20 lbs but have since gained that back and then some. My doctor recommended south beach to me, so I decided to try it out and so far, so good. I've been doing it one week and have lost 4.5 lbs! I'm really dedicated to getting to this weight off once and for all- for health reasons as well as looking good
Welcome! Congrats on the 4.5 pounds already! I don't follow South Beach exactly, but I read the book and adopted the basic principles- that information has helped me sooo much. We can do this!
