I am NOT a new member, however it is a new step in my life. So i am back
I live in Canada and have 3 kids, work full time, and also run my small cattery of purebred Ragdoll cats. I went to normal weight about 6 years ago after my third child was delivered and stayes around 135 pounds max happily. than however when establishing my new cattery, showing my cats, and also switching to a very stressful job - now i am over 170 pounds in weight.
I am trying to get back on track and need all the support I can get. I am excersizing trying to do Body For Life, and also trying to eat healthy. But I know myself that loosing the weight is hard, and I have o so much to loose.
It was so hard to start over again, as I still see myself as OK, but ... thanks God for Christmas party this year - I could not fit in any of my dresses or nice clothes, so God did send me a message.
