Hi! I've already lost quite a bit of weight, but I'm struggling with that last 35lb. I've hit a plateau so I thought I'd get a little advice and some support from people who are going through the same thing.

I'm new here too but have already found a great forum - the 100+ club. They have tons of helpful links and the people who post are great. You can also subscribe to the oneders since you are under 200 lbs.
I would love to know how you lost so much weight - please post some info.

Hi there! Wow, what progress you've made!

Look around - we have PLENTY who've been in your shoes. My plateau was at 180 lbs and took nearly 6 months...craziness! So people understand.

Look around, find a spot, and keep posting. Can't wait to get to know you better!
