Hi all I'm new and in need of Advice

  • Hello everyone,
    This is my first time here, and I've decided today is the day I need to lose weight. I need advice on how to do this from all of you who have gone through or are going through this same problem as well. What's the best way to do this? I have no self control so a self motivated diet and exercise plan won't work especially because I am busy with work and school. Anyone have any ideas?
  • Well i just wanted to say hello from a fellow Ohioan. There are lots of ways. Check out all the differnt 'diet' threads and the exercise one as well. I myself am a calorie counter and it works well for me. You have to find what is right for you. And NEVER do a plan that you hate or cannot stay on plan with.
