Default Lost in Wales...
Hello, I recently moved to Cardiff (originally from Bulgaria) and don't know many people locally yet. I have been on the Dukan regime since last November, and would be happy to meet new friends (off and online) who are also struggling to shed the pounds off.
Thanks for the great forum, so many things to learn, and so many inspirational stories, too!
