hi, Im Kat, I am 16 years old, born in germany and living in philly, my starting weight was 145 lbs right now i am about 136, my goal is between 90 and 100 lbs.

.... sweety... I don't know what to say.. Do you have any pictures? Because in my oppinion, and it's only my oppinion, if you're 5'6 and 16, 147 is a healthy weight. I don't see 90 or 100 lbs at 5'6 being very healthy. I know I'm being judgmental here but.... I just don't see 90 or 100 being healthy. Maybe what you need instead is toning your body instead of loosing weight.
