Hello my name is Sara, I am trying desprately to lose atleast 300lbs I know its going to be hard work, but I feel that all I need is support and someone to say "keep going" when times get rough.
welcome!! you will find lots of support and advice here! i know when i am feeling like i need someone to tell me to keep going i come here and read some of the goal posts because if all these women (and men) can do it, so can i! i know for me i can't look at the fact that i need to lose 140 pounds, it makes it seem undoabl, but i tell myself that it is very doable to lose 10 pounds 14 times. i focus on 10 pounds at a time. i think a few women on here do that. anyhow, welcome! post whenever you need!
Have you seen our 300+ forum? Might be a great place to jump in and start! We also have groups by age range, eating plan, etc. So look around, find a spot or several, settle in, and get to posting.
