hello! my name is megan and i have been lurking the message boards for months now and its safe to say that i am finally ready to become an active member. i used to be thin (115 to 120 pounds) but when i was pregnant i gained a lot of weight and ended up at 165 when i delivered my daughter. i lost 25 pounds within about 6 months and haven't budged since (my daughter is now 2 1/2!!). i have had a hard time getting on track with diet and exercise but no more excuses! i am currently a size 8 but if i don't start doing something now i will soon be a size 10. nobody wants to buy a bigger jean size!!
anyway, i bought the jillian michaels shred dvd today and had a salad for dinner. so far so good! haha.
