I am new and trying to learn how this works. I weigh in 144 lbs. and want to go back to 125 lbs. for now. I haven't been 144 lbs. for long. I just don't know what happened maybe is the age thing. Not to mention that I haven't been in the gym for a year now. I know, shame on me. But I want to get back into shape. I will like some support.
