I've never posted to a weight loss forum before. Used to attend a face to face meeting before it folded. Hope this forum will help me stay motivated and accountable. I've got 20-25 pounds to lose.

Hey Jaydee - I think you're talking about the message below the post box? That message appears on all of our post boxes as a reminder for folks who may not know about email addresses on public forums being a bad idea.

ANYWAY -

What sort of plan was the one you used with your group? Most likely, we have a forum for it here - look around!

We also have groups by age range (20-somethings, 30-somethings, etc) an amount to lose, as well as miscellaneous clubs and groups, so take a good look around and get started.

Can't wait to get to know you better!
