My name is Trish and I'm trying to lose weight. I've kinda lost some but trying to lose way more. I think I started at 218 last year. After 3 months I went down to 208 just by changing my diet. But right now I'm only 203. I want to get down to about 150!
Either that or a size 8 haha.
I've recently started at the 24 hour fitness personal trainer program and got the bodybugg and all that jazz. With all this, I'm finding that I actually underate my calories most of the time and it's killing my metabolism. It bulks up my body on the times when I do have those extra calories. Having a hard time eating my calories steadily.
I am sorta worried about eating too much. The bodybugg plan says to eat 2200 a day and burn 2700 a day. Normally on a non-exercise day it says I burn about 1800 or so. But then, wouldn't eating all those 2200 actually make me gain weight? So confused haha.
Anyway, I thought this forum might be a good one to post frustrations or thoughts, and a great tracking thingy (once I earn my signature rights)
