I'm new at this. So here I am on a new journey...weight loss journey that is. I'm currently at 192lb and hope to get under 140lb. I'm not on a diet per say, just trying to watch what I eat and why I eat... But one thing that I will do: walk for one hour everyday. My goal is 3 miles in 60min....

You may want to join us in the Exercise Accountability thread...a great place to keep accountable for that 1 hour a day. Otherwise, look around - there are a ton of great places to settle in here.
