I was just browsing as you do, looking for a way to kickstart a diet and came across this site and I must admit it looks better than any UK sites I've seen so far but I am unsure if this is going to be best site for me being in the UK?
Anyway, I am a mum of 4 children. My weight gradually crept up on me over the last 16 years, I did lose 98 pounds about 7 years ago just before I fell pregnant with my 3rd child. Then my 4th child came along within a year of the 3rd and guess what? Yep I piled on weight. So here I am now, 252 pounds
and really desperate to lose weight, I look like a pregnant elephant lol. I am seriously considering the 10 day lemonade detox diet to kick start me but with 4 kids in the house I don't know if I can do it with all the temptations around.
Has anyone tried a detox plan and did it work?
