Hello everyone

I'm Ingrid and I'm a first-timer to 3FC. Not a first-timer however to the challenge of weight loss and exercise. I have a lot of weight to lose and a long road to travel to get healthy. I'm looking forward to participating on this board and hopefully making some new friends.

I live in Ontario, Canada. I'm 48 and recently married (for the first time!). Neither one of us has children but we do have two adorable kitties! I work full time travelling a sales territory and my real passion is my part time career as a photographer (thus the nickname!).

I'm committed to losing weight and incorporating fitness into my life.

Hey Ingrid!

Congrats on your wedding, and on your decision to get healthy! Look around...we have groups by age range (check out the 40-somethings!), by eating plan, and by amount to lose, so find a spot or several and jump on in.

Can't wait to get to know you better!

I'm originally from Ontario (born and raised in Toronto) but have been down here on the east coast for quite a few years now.
