Big hugs, Amanda...
First... know that you're not alone. As Carinna said, we're all right there with you.
Second...
you are the only one who can make changes in your life. No one else can do that for you. I've got support coming out of my ying yang, but it doesn't make a bit of difference if I continue to make poor choices where my eating and exercise are concerned.
Really? I want someone else to do this for me. I know how to lose weight, and I'm sure you do, too. Many of us keep searching for that magic that'll make us lose weight with little (if any!) work on our part.
Start small, Amanda. Don't try to do it all at once. It's too overwhelming, and it's easy to set yourself up for failure. Commit to making maybe two changes in your habits today. They don't have to be huge. Take a 10 minute walk. Have two pieces of toast instead of six. (or 12, as I use to do) Start wearing an Ipod/mp3 player around the house while you clean... it'll get you moving and feeling good.
Just two little things, and at the end of each day, you can say, "I did that. I made a change. And I can keep doing it."
Once you're comfortable with your new habits, you can add another one or two. And it doesn't have to be immediate. Take as long as you need before you add in another good habit. Don't rush it... you can make lifestyle changes that'll last you... well, a lifetime.
Hang in there, girl.
