Hi everybody, I just thought I would introduce myself. My name is Erica, and I am from North Dakota. I have been on LA weight loss for the past 9 weeks and am on Plan 1. I lost 21 pounds so far, but my goal is to lose 17 more. I am joining this forum to get more more support from the people that are going through the same thing as I am.
Wow - That's an awesome weight loss!!! How did you get your picture up on your postings already? I thought we had to be a member for so long to get that to work... ?
Great job on your losses so far. Have you seen our LAWL forums? We have a great group of folks on that plan. We also have support groups by age range - check it out!
Look around, find a spot or several, and settle in. Can't wait to get to know you better.
