It's not about staying motivated. It's about making it your new normal. It's about committing to it. Because, to tell you the truth, I don't feel motivated to eat right or exercise.
Since I've committed to it, and since it's now easier to eat the apple that brought with me for a snack than it is to get up and go to the vending machine, I can stay OP easier.
There's a WW section under Diet Central, and the 100lb club for those with about 100 lbs to lose.
