My name is Fran and I am 39 yrs. old. I am blessed with a wonderful husband of 17 years and two beautiful children.

I can't count the number of times and types of diets that I've tried. It can be very frustrating. But this time will be different! I have never tried using a forum for support and I am looking forward to the help. I've read many of the threads today and am overwhelmed by the support and love on this site. I look forward to benefitting from the same.

I am beginning a weight loss contest at work on Monday. I believe that this time I will try the South Beach Diet. I am looking forward to winning the contest!!!
