Just know... you can do this. You can and you are.
The
doing is the hard part. And unfortunately, there's no magic wand of motivation... no actual will power dust... no special phrase that makes us want to get up and get going with being healthier every single day.
We do the best we can... and we plan. Each week I buy healthy foods for the week. Each morning I plan what I'm going to eat. That way, during the day I don't have to constantly think about food. It's already planned.
You want to join the Army. My brother is in the Army. That's some vigorous exercising right there... and you want to be in the best shape you can be before joining. You may want to think of it as training for Army training. How great will it be when you get to the Army and can keep up? It's only going to happen if you keep going to your personal trainer, and keep eating right.
You can do this!
