Hi,
I have been a member for this site for a week, and I am so happy to have found this site. Everyone is so supportive and helpful.
I can't tell my family that I started physician's weight loss center because I often get discouraged from them-- they tell me not to spend money on it, that if I start I won't do it.
So I just dont tell anyone, just my hubby knows and my BFF.
I started last week-- and I started at 147lbs lost 3 and now I am at 144.

I gave up eating bread, sweets, and started eating greens, and lots of water.
and went to the gym once.

I refused my 2nd shot of vitb12 because the first one made my skin look like a bruise and it still looks like that a week later!

so I don't think I am gonna get those now.

anyways, I wish I could of found this site sooner.

So far, I am happy doing this diet-- even though sometimes I am left starving. but it's very portion controlled--- which is something that I've always had a problem with.

Anyways, lots of pounds of loss to go. and I am ready!

There are members around here who often can't find the kind of support they need at home. All of us here just want eachother to succeed.

I'm glad you enjoy your way of eating, but I would only caution that "starving" isn't a good feeling. And can cause a backlash. I don't know much about the program you're using, but perhaps there's a way to add in a little more food at the points when you're truly hungry so that you don't go starving.

Congratulations on your progress! Please continue to come back to 3FC, post where you're comfortable, and keep us all updated!

And im sorry that it seems that your family doesn't support you. i know where yu are coming from. My family tells me the same thing. But I'll show them when I lose this 40 pounds of extra love, huh?

So glad to have you here I have to have 5 or 6 small meals a day in order to keep from getting that starving feeling--because that's when I over-indulge. When I was younger it didn't bother me at all and I was never overweight, but as I get older I have to keep my blood sugar in check. Do what works for you!
