Im new to this site, so am still trying to work out how it all goes down.
This is the one thing (other than numerous amounts of diets) that i havnt tried yet, so im attempting to look at it from a more positive angle. Witness

I have one of those annoying bodies that loses then gains weight easily (but recently the losing is becoming more and more of an effort).
I joint a gym on a 3 month membership. It took 2 and a half months to lose just over a stone and literally just under 2 weeks to put it all back on again! Grrr
Anyone else find that when you tell people/friends about your healthy eating they do their best to try and sabbotage it? Plus there's always the comfort food of a relationship that will make you gain weight like crazy (especially when your bf eats the exact same meal as you and it goes on him in muscle-why god WHY?) lol
Right now im currently 5"8 and weigh about 174 lbs. My goal is to get back to being 140lbs by my birthday in November.
Anywho il stop my rant for now, but any advice on starting a blog/ adding pictures etc would be most appreaciated as i am THAT slow
